Collection Information

Collection is available from our central kitchen. Please state during the telephone or WhatsApp order that you wish to collect your order. We will inform you of an estimated collection time.

Our online ordering site is available 6 days a week, between 12pm - 2:30pm, 5pm - 9pm. We will do our best to have collection orders cooked and ready within an hour of the chosen time slot* where possible.

The kitchen will ring you with an estimated collection time. Please ring 0191 340 1695 when you are outside and we will pass your order to you whilst socially distanced.

The minimum order value accepted is £20.00. Due to website constraints, there is automatically a flat fee of £2 per order. If collecting, please input the following code at checkout in order to receive the Collection Rate:
